Signature Construction Services, LLC is currently serving as the project manager for the renovation of the historic Preston Building located on Farmington Avenue in Hartford's west end. Renaissance Enterprises and restauranteur Al Gamble chose Signature as the project manager because of their desire to preserve the integrity of the building and to make this Hartford Landmark a thriving restaurant.

		AMC OAKVILLE, ONTARIO AMC Oakville is a state of the art, 24-theater entertainment venue. While working for Bovis Lend Lease, Robert Saunders took this problem project that was behind schedule and over-budget and brought this project in on time and with much success.

		BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME, SPRINGFIELD, MA While working for Bovis Lend Lease, Robert worked on the Basketball Hall of Fame project from start to finish. This $45 million dollar project is a landmark that is visited by thousands every day.

		BEAU RIVAGE, FORT MYERS While consulting on the Station Plaza project in Yonkers, Robert provided consulting services to the same developer to begin construction on this high-rise condominium building on the water.

		COLT GATEWAY HISTORIC PRESERVATION, HARTFORD, CT Robert consulted on Phase 1 of this $110 million dollar national historic preservation of the Colt Firearms complex in Hartford, CT. The 17 acre site boasts ten buildings and over 640,000 square feet. Phase 1 included the renovation of two existing buildings into a school and a Class A office space, environmental remediation, site infrastructure, and the updating of the central plant.

		CUMBERLAND CROSSINGS, CUMBERLAND, RI While working for Bovis Lend Lease, Robert helped build 288 garden apartments for the Dolben Management Group out of Burlington, Massachusetts.

		STATION PLAZA, YONKERS, NY Robert Saunders provided consulting services to a developer out of Yonkers, New York to get this project off the ground. Station Plaza is a six floor 70,000 square foot commercial building on the Hudson River.
